01 / Who I work with

Agencies bring me most of my work. The rest comes from companies who want their website in one steady pair of hands, usually after it has been in several. Same person either way, same estimate, same terms.

    Statamic builds

    I build so the next thing is easy. New pages come out of components that already exist, rather than another template nobody else can touch.

    Laravel applications

    Portals, booking platforms, internal tools, SaaS. I use Livewire for the interactive parts, so there is no second codebase to keep in step.

    Integrations & add-ons

    CRM, ERP, payments, whatever the business already runs on. Connected in either direction, whatever shape the API arrives in.

    Rescue & takeover

    A build that stalled, or a codebase nobody wants to touch. I have turned both into sites that no longer come up in meetings.

    Care & hosting

    Monitored, patched, backed up. Come back in a year or two and I still know the codebase.

    Start from what the business is trying to do, then decide what to build. A solid plan prevents the expensive kind of rework.

03 / How I work

Single point of contact
You always get me. No project manager, no lengthy decision-making process, no junior quietly assigned to your project. You always know who is writing the code.
SEO and a11y included
Search engine optimization and accessibility should not be an afterthought any more. Both are part of building the page, not an upsell at the end.
A site anyone can run
You do not want to call your developer every time something changes. That is why I build with flexible components, so your team can update content and build new pages from scratch.
Fast by default
Speed is a build decision, not a plugin you add at the end. Sites contain no framework you did not ask for, no tracking pile, and every image is generated at the size it is actually served.
Your tools, your name
I work in your task board and your repository, under an NDA if you want one. Agencies get a white-label agreement with a no-solicitation clause as standard, so your client stays your client.
Fixed price or by the hour
A finished design gets a fixed price and a delivery date. Everything else, from a few hours of help to months of extra capacity, is billed by the hour. You pick whichever suits the work.

05 / Background

I used to hire people like me.

Web development was a deliberate choice, not a fallback: projects that ship in weeks, and problems that belong to real people. Chasing whatever framework is new this year has never interested me. Building something that still works in five years does.

Before going independent I ran a web development agency in Munich, and hired plenty of contractors myself. The ones worth keeping had solved similar problems before, kept everyone up to date on their progress, and delivered what they promised.

Twenty years in, I have watched enough projects go sideways to know which decisions cause it. Most of them are made before anyone writes a line of code. I see them coming now, so you do not have to.
